Returns Policy
We’re confident you’ll love our products, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made returns simple and stress-free! You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Returns: 17 AED fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, undamaged, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Sizing guide
At Nanamoon, we design with movement and confidence in mind. Our collection is crafted for a fitted fit that follows the natural contours of the body, offering maximum freedom to move with ease.
We also understand that every girl has her own unique body style and preferences. For instance, some of our ambassadors love the cozy, wrapped feel of a snug fit, while others prefer a looser style for their tops. You can easily adjust the fit to your preference by sizing up.
How to Choose the Right Size
Our sizes are based on height and run by two age ranges. If your girl’s height falls between two sizes:
- Choose the next size up. For example:
- If your girl’s height is 112 cm, we recommend buying size 116 cm.
- If your girl’s height is 106 cm, we recommend buying size 104 cm.
- If you want to anticipate growth: Consider sizing up for extra room to grow.
Examples for Illustration
- For a looser fit, refer to the model wearing the Butterfly Top in Short Sleeves (Lively Pink).
- For a true-to-size fit, refer to the model wearing the Butterfly Top in Short Sleeves (Pure White).
- The Crop Top is designed to be worn tight and typically lands a few centimeters above the belly for an active and sporty look.
- The Skort (skirt with inside shorts) features inner shorts with the same measurements as our Butterfly Shorts. The skirt’s waistband may feel slightly snug at first but will loosen up over time. We recommend purchasing the same size as your shorts for the best fit.

- Bottoms: True to size, designed to feel snug yet flexible for active movement.
