Shipping policy

At Nanamoon, we’re committed to delivering your orders with ease and hapiness. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:


Shipping Within the UAE

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all UAE orders over 300 AED.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under 300 AED, a fee of 17 AED applies.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for UAE orders placed before 2pm Orders received after this cut-off time will be processed the next business day.


Shipping to GCC Countries

  • Free Shipping: Orders over 350 AED.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under 350 AED, shipping rates vary based on the region and will be displayed at checkout.


International Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Orders over 600 AED.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under 600 AED, shipping rates vary based on the destination and will be shown during checkout.

  • Delivery Times: International deliveries typically take 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Duties and Taxes: International orders do not include duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be due upon receipt.


Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. Unfortunately, after this period, we won’t be able to accept returns.

  • Refunds: Available for full-priced items only. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged.

  • Return Fee: Returns are subject to a 17 AED fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: While we don’t process exchanges directly, you’re welcome to place a new order once your return has been processed.

To start a return, email us at hello@nanamoon.co. Please ensure all returned items are in their original condition—unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items that don’t meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.


Important Notes

  • Unaccepted Deliveries: If an order is refused or returned without prior approval, the delivery and return shipping fees, as well as any applicable duties or taxes, will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Inspection Process: All returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is issued. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or scent will not be accepted.
