At Nanamoon, we want you to feel confident and joyful with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 14-day window from the delivery date to request a return. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept returns.

Refunds are available for full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items purchased on sale are non-refundable but can be exchanged. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

While we don’t offer product exchanges, you’re welcome to place a new order for the item you’d like once your return is processed. Returns are subject to a 17 AED fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition with tags attached, and packed in the original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start your return, contact us at hello@nanamoon.co, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Kindly note that items sent back to us without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We’re all about empowering moments—but we know things can happen. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@nanamoon.co. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, such as custom-made or personalized products. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist!

Please note that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.




Refund

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
